My Celtic Loving Lad

Last year for his birthday Ri wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese. Let's just say he's grown up a good bit in the past year! This year, he picked an Irish Pub (family friendly). We went with Bethy and Adam. We had a wonderful afternoon! We had the place to ourselves for lunch. The music was wonderful and when Ri was done eating he got up and danced a little jig for us. We also got him a penny whistle at a Celtic shop up the street. The day was still young so we checked out a few other shops and went to the Strip. Ri wants a kilt (he's really into his Scottish heritage like his mom!) so we looked at some at a local store. We had a very cultural afternoon close to home. It was also fun for him to get to try some different foods at the tavern. We always enjoy doing that as well. I love that he is interested in stuff like this! He's such a fun kid.
